Cancellation/refund policy:

For on demand trainings: Due to the specific nature of licensing certificates and auditing requirements we are unable to refund purchases for on demand trainings. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at admin@emotionalenlightenment.com to express your concerns so that we may better serve you in the future.

For live events: If you are unable to attend the class you may request a full refund if you cancel 72 hours prior to the training date by contacting us in the from below or emailing admin@emotionalenlightenment.com. Refunds will not be given after the 72-hour deadline. Due to the specific nature of licensing certificates and auditing requirements we are unable to refund purchases for completed course work.
