Rachel Hatfield, M.S., LPC-S, LMFT-S

Rachel Hatfield is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Supervisor with a master’s degree in counseling and a wealth of experience in clinical practice and supervision. Rachel specializes in guiding mental health professionals to navigate the complexities of ethical practice, informed consent, and client care, with a focus on empowering supervisees to excel in their professional roles.

Rachel has a particular passion for integrating technology into supervision and practice, helping mental health professionals adapt to the challenges and opportunities of the digital age. She is skilled in trauma-informed care and supports supervisees in developing ethical and effective approaches to working with diverse client populations.

As a seasoned educator, Rachel facilitates continuing education workshops on supervision, ethics, telehealth, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Her interactive and supportive teaching style equips participants with practical tools to enhance their supervisory relationships, improve client outcomes, and uphold the highest ethical standards.

Melanie Taylor, LPC-S

Melanie Taylor is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with extensive experience in empowering mental health professionals through supervision and education. She specializes in trauma-informed care and integrates evidence-based approaches such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy into her clinical and supervisory practices.

As co-owner of the Center for Emotional Enlightenment, a training company dedicated to providing continuing education for mental health professionals, Melanie is committed to enhancing the skills of therapists and supervisors alike. She is also the owner of Healing Tree Women's Counseling, a group practice focused on supporting women through compassionate, personalized care.

Melanie is passionate about training supervisors to empower their supervisees in navigating complex clinical cases, expanding their understanding of trauma-informed care, and practicing ethically. She offers continuing education workshops on supervision techniques and therapeutic methods, including Parts Work, Art Therapy, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, and Sandtray Therapy, all designed to improve client outcomes and strengthen ethical practice.
